Pick up from your hotel or Izmir airport and morning departure for Priene which was once a harbour city but is now located 16 km inland from the sea on the hills of the Mykale Mountain. It has many examples of Hellenic art and architecture. And then visit the Pompei of Anatolia and the Theatre which built in the 4th century BCE. The theater could accommodate over 15,000 spectators. Visit the Temple Of Athena, the Pryaneum, the Agora, and the Altar Of Zeus and Cybele. Time seems to have stopped for Priene. Priene is a ruined place whose ruins have survived as it started The texture has never been spoiled. . After Priene proceed to Miletus, one of the principal Ionian cities and home of Thales which was twice visited by St. Paul. Visit the very well preserved Theatre, the Byzantine Fortress, the Delphinion, the  Nymphanion, the Bouleterion, the Faustina Baths and the Mosque. Then continue to Dydima visit the Temple of Apollo with its gigantic columns. Return back to Izmir after the tour. Drop off at your hotel or Izmir airport. (L)
